The Corona Virus Pandemic has changed many of the social interactions that we have come to take for granted.
With social distancing being a necessary step in curtailing this virus and coupled with the frailty of many of our seniors, inventive ways to say
“Happy Mother’s Day” are coming about.
This is particularly true in the great majority of our Senior Living Centers.
Families of the elder residents will gather outside the windows of these Senior Living Centers with handmade signs of love and with flowers to wish Mom all their love and support. Many of the residents are making their own signs to thank their families and return the love.
Let’s call it a “virtual group hug”!
Our residents and their families shall not be denied the display of love and affection that has been part of Mother’s Day all these years.
