Extending Care Beyond the Aiken, SC, Campus
The program reflects a broader plan for Cumberland Village, which currently includes 48 independent living patio homes, 95 independent living apartments, and a 24-apartment assisted living neighborhood. Golden Bell Senior Living, the company behind Cumberland Village, plans to add independent living cottages and introduce a licensed memory care alongside expanding assisted living on the same campus. Eight acres of developable land remain available to support this exciting growth.

Swiacki said the program allows Cumberland Village to reach older adults earlier and introduce them to the community’s care team and practices ahead of a future move.
